For over 5 years, Joba has owned and operated hospitality and real estate businesses, including a Smashburger franchise and independently owned Milano's Pizza. Joba’s current and past professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ServSafe Exam Proctor and ServSafe Manager. He is passionate about helping others overcome barriers to employment and entrepreneurship.
